Payments and Cancellations
-Full payment is requested within 30 working days for groups of 8 pax or more.
-Full payment is requested within 15 working days for FITS.
-In case of cancellation, the refund is described below:
100% if cancelled up to 30 days in advance.
50% if cancelled between 15 and 29 days before the event.
If the group is cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice, it is not possible to obtain a refund.

Important Note: Due to weather effects, such as” road closures, landslides, floods,” we do not assume any additional costs demanded by these events, as well as refunds.

For Corcovado Trek packages, payment is required 70 days before arrival, along with a copy of your passport or ID, as per instructions from MINAE (the Park administration). There is no refund for the prepaid part belonging to the National Park.

Up to 30 days before: 100% refund
29 – 15 days before: 50 %
14 – 00 days before: no refund
