Description:

It is a community with 64 people; we have a school, a school, and a sports center. With the project, we have 13 families involved who offer lodging in their homes, an essential feature is that all families have children; we also support young people to get involved in activities. Their economic income is the production of cassava.

This activity is done in a secondary forest with a local guide who knows the forest. Here, the tourist has the opportunity to learn about what to do in case of a possible forest loss, and advice is given on what to do if that should ever happen.
Duration: 1 and a half to 2 hours approximately

In a tractor passing through a forest first and second, enjoying our nature, the possibility of observing animals, enjoying a moment that only we can provide, to reach a river where the main idea is to enjoy and have moments of peace and get out of the routine of everyday life and spend a special and different moment.

With an experienced local guide, we take our passengers through the cultivation process and provide them with as much information about the pineapple and cassava as possible, giving them an understanding of the importance this generates for our community and the area in general.

This activity occurs in the communal kitchen, a meeting point for all the activities. To start with the cooking class, first, they visit and learn about the process of the yucca [how it is sown, the time for harvesting, the current price on the market, and, of course, how to start one], after that, everything begins in the kitchen, where the tourists prepare enyucados [traditional Costa Rican food], to enjoy the lunch prepared by themselves, of course, accompanied with more options.
