After breakfast, you will visit the community of Canaán, which has a small family cheese business, and receive a lecture on the whole cycle that has been carried out to make this farm a sustainable farm.

 After lunch you can go to the Secret Gardens, a unique place where you can stroll among hiking trails amid a great variety of plants and flowers, a viewpoint in the middle of the garden and bird watching.  A perfect place to relax.  Finally, return to the hotel where you will enjoy your dinner.  Accommodation in El Pelicano. After lunch, you can walk to the Secret Gardens, a unique place where you will have the opportunity to walk between paths amidst a great diversity of plants, flowers, a viewpoint in the middle of the garden and bird watching.  A perfect place to relax.  Finally return to the hotel where you will enjoy your dinner.  Lodging at El Pelicano.

After breakfast, enjoy a walking tour in the Cloudbridge Private Reserve.  This nature reserve extends from 1,550 to 2,600 m and is dedicated to pasture, agriculture, and the maintenance and reforestation of the primary cloud forest.  The reserve offers hiking trails where you can observe wildlife and waterfalls at a moderate and experienced level.  After the walk, you will return to the hotel where you will enjoy lunch and then check out.
