At kilometer 72 on the Cerro de la Muerte (Hill of Death), the community of Providencia de Dota is located in the National Park for 12 kilometers through Los Quetzales.

Then you will return to see the end of the work of the trapiche, eat a delicious typical lunch, and then you can choose to take a cooking class to learn how to make jellies or pulp using local fruits such as blackberry, tomato, naranjilla and uchuva, the Agüero Valverde family demonstrates the process of pulping the fruits and processing them for commercialization, The Calderón Agüero family has a great knowledge in the artisan coffee process, here you will learn how our grandparents made their coffee in the patio of their house and how they inherited it to their family, besides being excellent hosts, Ana and Enrique, will make you spend the most pleasant moments between stories of life and the cozy sound of their guitar while you taste one of the best coffees in the world.
